Dr. Saltman is a board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon in residency. He received his training locally at the Medstar Washington Hospital Center residency program in Washington, D.C., which is nationally recognized for its advanced training in dental implantology. After completing his residency, Dr. Saltman helped build The Center for Oral Surgery & Implantology in Boston. He quickly gained recognition as the best oral surgeon, earning distinction as a "top oral surgeon" by Boston Magazine within his first year in the area. Dr. Saltman returned to D.C. to join the AIID Faculty Practice, where he has been recognized as a "top oral surgeon" in the tri-state area by Washingtonian Magazine in 2023. Dr. Saltman is known for his empathy, patience, and finesse with patients, as well as his sense of humor. He is also an amateur writer/comedian and has a love for rock music, as reflected in the playlist he plays in his operatory.
